Technical Characteristics & Specifications: Frame: Made out of armed concrete according to plans,static calculations and anti-earthquake regulations. Finishing: Build in round-holed bricks 200mm external and 100mm internal according to plans. Coatings: Interior with three layers of rubbed lime-cast. Exterior with three lawyers of rubbed lime-cast with santex paint. The rooftop will be face-face concrete, painted with emalsion. Floors: General flooring will be furbished with ceramic tiles worth €10.00/m2. Furbishes: Ceramic tiles worth € 10.00/m on kitchen walls between cupboards and in bathrooms at the height of 2.10m. Woodcrafts: Inner doors, kitchen counters and wardrobes will be MDF, laced with varnished beech or oak. Door frames will be out from fine quality varnished Swedish wood.
Aluminium: All door and windows will be brown colored double glazed.
Plumbing Installations: Full hot and cold water installation using 'pipe-in-pipe'. Potable water to kitchen. Solar heat collectors, with plastic 1000ltr tank and boiler with 120tr tank with two solar panels will be installed. Electrical Installations: Installations according to terms and conditions of the Electricity Authority of Cyprus.
Providences: Necessary piping for later installation of split units air conditioning will be installed in bedrooms and living room. |
